Every repair at TECHY Parkland (Parkland Phone Shop) comes with a lifetime warranty on parts and labor. We stand behind our work because we use quality parts and our experienced technicians get it right the first time.
What's Covered
Our lifetime warranty covers:
- Defective replacement parts: If a screen, battery, charging port, or any component we installed fails due to a manufacturing defect, we'll replace it at no cost.
- Workmanship issues: If a repair we performed develops problems due to our work (e.g., a connector wasn't properly seated), we'll fix it free of charge.
- All device types: The warranty applies to all devices we repair including phones, tablets, computers, game consoles, and smartwatches.
What's Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- New physical damage: Drops, impacts, or pressure damage that occurs after the repair
- Water or liquid damage: Exposure to water or other liquids after the repair
- Unauthorized modifications: Damage caused by repairs or modifications performed by another party after our repair
- Normal wear and tear: Cosmetic wear that naturally occurs over time
- Software issues: Problems caused by software updates, malware, or user-installed applications
