Our repair policies and service agreements

TECHY Parkland, doing business as Parkland Phone Shop ("we," "us," or "our"), provides electronics repair services at our physical location at 6059 Coral Ridge Dr, Coral Springs, FL 33076. By using our services, you agree to the following terms.
We offer free diagnostics on all devices. After examining your device, we will provide a quote for the repair. You are under no obligation to proceed with the repair after receiving a quote. There is no charge for diagnostics regardless of whether you choose to proceed.
By leaving your device for repair, you authorize TECHY Parkland (Parkland Phone Shop) to open and service the device as needed. We will not proceed with any repair without your verbal or written approval of the quoted price.
All repairs come with our lifetime warranty on parts and labor. Please see our detailed Warranty Policy for complete terms and conditions.
Devices left for repair should be picked up within 30 days of notification that the repair is complete. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you. TECHY Parkland (Parkland Phone Shop) is not responsible for devices left unclaimed for more than 90 days after repair completion.
We recommend backing up all data before bringing your device in for repair. While we take every precaution, some repairs carry an inherent risk of data loss. TECHY Parkland (Parkland Phone Shop) is not responsible for data loss that may occur during the repair process. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
TECHY Parkland's (Parkland Phone Shop) liability is limited to the cost of the repair performed. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
